Cottage in the Berguedà, isolated from the village of Sagàs. Country house completely refurbished and equipped to enjoy some magnificent days with the family and with the friends of the landscape of this region. It is located between the pre-Pyrenean nature and has perfect communications for excursions, ideal for nature lovers. The capacity of the rural house with capacity for 23 people.
IN THE INTERIOR OF THE RURAL HOUSE
The rural house is spread over three floors, fully equipped to make us feel at home. On the ground floor there is a large games room with table tennis, table football, a fireplace and sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and 1 bedroom with bathroom adapted for the disabled. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room with central table, 6 bedrooms with bathroom. Finally on the upper floor we find a large living room with sofas, TV, table games 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Heated swimming pool on the ground floor.

OUTSIDE THE RURAL HOUSE
It has a large garden with parking area, a covered porch with barbecue to eat and enjoy the good weather, a basket of basketball and a pool of 11m x 4m ideal for the summer months. We will enjoy the great tranquility that surrounds us and the incredible views that gives us the Berguedà.
