Cottage in the Berguedà, isolated from the village of Sagàs. Old mill of the s. XVIII converted into a rural farmhouse completely renovated and equipped to enjoy some magnificent days with the family and friends of the landscape of this region. It is located under the pre-Pyrenees mountains ideal for nature lovers. The capacity of the rural house with capacity for 14 people.
IN THE INTERIOR OF THE RURAL HOUSE
The rural house is distributed in different plants in which we find all kinds of services to feel at home. On the ground floor we find a spacious living room with sofas, TV and fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. In the lower floor we find the games room decorated with the old machinery of the mill counts with table football and ping-pong. It has 6 warm and cozy rooms, 1 toilet and 3 bathrooms distributed in:
- 5 Marriage Rooms.
- 1 Quadruple Room.
OUTSIDE THE RURAL HOUSE
It has a large garden with parking area for cars, some swings for the little ones, a terrace to eat and enjoy the good weather, a porch with barbecue and a swimming pool ideal for the summer months. We will enjoy the great tranquility that surrounds us and the incredible views that gives us the Berguedà.
