Description
Country house in La Garrotxa, on the outskirts of the village of Sant Jaume de Llierca. Fantastic country house to enjoy the landscape of the area and spend a few days together with family and friends. It is an ideal area to disconnect and enjoy the landscape of this wonderful region. It has a capacity for 17 people.
IN THE INSIDE OF THE FARM
The rural house is distributed in 3 floors in which we find all kinds of services to feel at home. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, 1 bathroom, a living room with bar, sofas and a pool table, a kitchen open to a dining room with fireplace and a living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and a large table for 16 people. On the first floor we have 5 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 living room. The second floor has a large living room with sofas and reading area and a dining table, 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Going up some stairs we have a studio of about 10m2 with a sofa and a study table and a telescope.

The rural house is completely surrounded by a large well-kept garden, where we can find an area with covered barbecue and a space enabled for outdoor dining, a wooden shed for children and a fully fenced pool with sunbeds, chairs And with a small gimasio.
