Cottage in the Gironès, on the outskirts of Sant Marti Vell. Rural apartment located within but a few kilometers from the Costa Brava surrounded by nature and tranquility. Ideal to enjoy a few wonderful days relaxing with friends and family in this charming rural apartment for 3 people.
INSIDE THE MASÍA
It is the oldest part of the rural farmhouse that still retains unique features of the seventeenth century. We found a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, DVD, sofas and a fireplace, a reading room. It also has 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms very cozy.
OUTSIDE THE MASÍA
In the outer area of the house there is a large garden with orchard, farm with chickens and geese, a pool for the summer months, a barbecue area with tables, soccer goals, a net to play badminton, table tennis -pong. Furthermore we enjoy the tranquility that gives us the environment in which we are located.
