Cottage in the Alt Urgell just outside the mountain village of Calvinyà. recently renovated while retaining the original structure, it is fully equipped to enjoy with family or friends a few days on the mountain. The maximum capacity of the cottage is 7 persons.
Old farmhouse that has been equipped with all kinds of equipment so that we do not lack anything and modern decor while retaining rustic details that create a cozy atmosphere. The house is on two floors.
It has a large fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with table for all guests, sofas, TV, fireplace, desk with mountain views. The cottage has 3 bathrooms fully complete and with 3 bedrooms.

Outside the house there is a large garden of 190m2 with barbecue, ideal for sunbathing and a small ideal for the summer months pool terrace. Also from the house we have a unique view of the surrounding nature views.
The area where is located the house is ideal to enjoy the scenery and nature, countless excursions in the natural parks in the area, mountain bike routes, and snow sports etc. We also have different towns through which we can go for a walk and La Seu d'Urgell to 15 min., Andorra 35min., And Puigcerdà to 50min.
