Cottage in the Berguedà near the town of Puig-Reig. The house is fully insulated to spend pleasant days with family and friends and being able to unwind and relax. The maximum capacity of the house is 12 people.
It has a very nice rustic decor creates an ideal environment to rest. It was restored in 2013 and equipped with all amenities to feel at home. The house is distributed in: ground floor, first floor and second floor.
On the ground floor of the house we find a small room with a foosball table and a room with washer and dryer. The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with sofas and a fireplace. also are 2 double rooms with bath and shower and 1 double room with bath. From the first floor there is direct access to the terrace.
The second floor has a spacious living room with sofas and TV and 2 double rooms. In addition the house has these services: stereo, parking and a pool table.
Outside there is the large garden terrace, a porch with a large table and a barbecue, a playground for children, a ping-pong, pool. In addition the house has a chill-out tent for summer evenings.
The house is located in a wonderful area for lovers of active tourism and rural tourism, as the Berguedà gives us endless possibilities for nature-related activities. The Natural Park Moixeró, Pedraforca, gastronomic routes and plenty of activities that can be made from this amazing area.
