Wonderful house in Lleida restored in 2004, located in Lladurs in a mountainous enclave surrounded by nature. Ideal to have fun with family and friends, with all the amenities you give us the house. The maximum capacity is 10 people.
Fully furnished with rustic style makes us feel in a rural and friendly atmosphere, combining stone and wood throughout the house. The Sauquer has a ramp to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility.
A large living room with fireplace and television, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with stunning views. 5 double rooms that comprise the house are equipped with its own bathroom (shower + sink).
On the outside of the house there is a very complete equipment, a playground, a barbecue and a large garden. Also about 300m. we have a swimming pool, a sports field and a playground.
This rural home in the Solsona located in an excellent region for all lovers of nature and mountain sports. Greenways hiking, winter sports, cycling, among many other possibilities for active recreation.
