Description
Catalonian cottage in the village of Fornells de la Muntanya, in the municipality of Toses, Ripollès, Girona. The whole house is rented.The house consists of two parts: the house and the barn, with a total area of 270m2. It was restored in 2012 keeping aspects of the original image with the facade and stone barn and a heating system are included using renewable energies through a biomass boiler.
At the same time, the house is divided into 3 levels. On the ground floor there is a dining-room enabled and a fully equipped kitchen with TV and bathroom. Inside the first floor are 3 bedrooms, two with twin beds and a double bed. All equipped with wooden slats and mattress viscodreams. It also has a bathroom. Finally, on the second floor there are 3 more rooms like on the first floor, two single beds and a double bed, also equipped as the others.
The barn contains a room on the ground floor with table for 12 people, and on the first floor a living room equipped with a fireplace and flat-screen TVs.
Outside the house there is enabled an era (leisure area) with barbecue and outdoor furniture to relax, sunbathe or enjoy views of the valley Rigart that the house offers.
The activities that can be performed by the environment are routes for walking or biking, to several nearby resorts, the Romanesque route to visit various monasteries or by a guided tour of the adjacent municipalities.
