Description
Located in Girona, in the marshlands of Empordà (Natural Park), in the archaeological area of Empúries , is one of the parts that make up the Mas. Full rental.Located in the town of Cinc Claus, offers excellent views and quiet environment.
The house is divided into a ground floor and the attic which is accessed from the lounge. On the ground floor we find a living room with fireplace, a double bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The attic has benn converted into a double bedroom. The whole house is fully equipped with TV, oven, refrigerator, microwave, satellite TV, etc...
Has a garden area around the cottage, where there is a terrace of 600m2 and a swimming pool of 10x5m. Both rooms are communal, so pets are not allowed.
Among the activities that can be performed abroad are visiting the Nature Park of Empordà marshlands, such as nearby towns as Escala Empúries , and make outdoor activities or excursions on foot or bike.
